For more than 150 years Dole is cultivating and supplies fruit in a worldwide level. Initially it became famous by cultivating and distributing pineapples in Hawai and in 1973 developed banana plantantions in the coasts of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. In 1978 Dole bananas are launched in Europe.
Nowadays Dole’s global reach extends to more than 90 countries with a product line of over 170 fresh and packaged food products.
